Jen will arrive at your home ready to dive into your list, review the space(s), your inspiration, and start collecting it all in a Scope of Work. The Scope will include your next step(s) and reference any items involved.

Our clients are normally pleasantly surprised that they can get all their questions answered during a consultation and come away from it feeling enlightened, energized, and confident in the next steps to take full of new ideas for their space. Jen thinks about rooms all day every day, so she can get into the zone of a new space very quickly and develope a Scope of Work effeciently.

Our working meeting is up to 2-hours. We do not refund or reallocate time or credit, but Jen will help ensure you make the most of your time together.

In our experience, it is the perfect amount of time to gather what is needed without everyone becoming mentally fatigued.

The completed Scope of Work will be reviewed for any questions before Jen’s departure but this is where our Consultation service ends. At our discression VanderMeer Interiors can offer to take projects to Step 5 of our 15-Step process which, includes a presentation of CAD drawings of the space(s), selected fixtures, materials, furnishings, decor, a project Spec Book and more for you to implement with your own trades.
