We have a reliable and affordable delivery service for Ontario clients. We are not shipping beyond Ontario at this time.

Inform us within 2 days of receipt of any damage incurred during transit. If you have any queries on deliveries, please get in touch by e-mail orders@vandermeerinteriors.com.

All small and medium items are delivered via Canada Post. Furniture and larger items are delivered by a delivery company and you will be notified of the details post purchase.

All orders are picked, packed and shipped within 2 business days of your order being placed.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped out. All shipments are processed through Canada Post.

Please contact us at orders@vandermeerinteriors.com quoting your invoice number and include photos with a description of the damage no later than 2 days from the date you receive your purchase.

We wrap and pack all of our orders with care for these beautiful finds to arrive in the condition they were when we sourced them. Due to their nature, antiques and vintage pieces could include a crack, scratch, or chip per the item description. If an imperfection is noted in the original product description of your vintage piece, your order will not be accepted for a return.

If the object hasn’t been packed we can change your order. Please get in touch by e-mail orders@vandermeerinteriors.com.

We hope that you'll be as thrilled with your addition to your home decor as we were when we sourced it. Please contact us at orders@vandermeerinteriors.com quoting your invoice number. We will not accept returns after 5 days from the date of receipt.

We will refund your original form of payment or provide credit for a future purchase.

You are responsible for returning the item in the packaging that we sent it in with a tracking number that you can email to orders@vandermeerinteriors.com. Our shipping address is as follows - a signature is required:

If your order has not been packed we can assist you in canceling your order via orders@vandermeerinteriors.com. Please note order cancellations are subject to a restocking fee of 25% per item and will be deducted from your refund.
